Due to the perishable nature of our meat products, we cannot accept physical returns once a delivery has been completed. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Please check your meat products immediately upon delivery to ensure they meet our quality standards and are still at a safe, chilled temperature.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice any damage or discrepancies, take clear photos of the product and the packaging labels within 24 hours of receipt.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of your concern so we can evaluate your claim quickly.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
